At-a-glance table availability. Green = free, amber = limited, red = full. Staff seat guests — no names here.
Pick a date to see your room — booked tables are filled in, free tables are empty, and each area shows how full it is.
Change how your bookings work — saves instantly and takes effect straight away.
Let's get your tables in — it only takes a moment. Tell us how many you have of each size, and we'll do the rest.
Tell us how many tables you have of each size, then press Create tables — you'll get a numbered square for every table, grouped by size.
Your tables save automatically as you go — press this when you're happy.
Each session runs until the next one starts; the evening runs to your last booking time. Leave a start blank to skip a session.
If a party's ideal table is taken, offer the next size up. 0 = never.
When a full sitting won't fit before a later booking, offer the table for a shorter time and tell the guest when it's needed back. Set to 0 to switch off.
Close a day or change a specific date's hours — bank holidays, Christmas, a private function. Any date you don't touch keeps your normal weekly hours.
The limits that rarely change.
On top of your tables, you can also limit how many diners start in any 15 minutes — this stops the whole room landing at once and swamping the kitchen. A genuine staff walk-in can still be pushed past it; the website and phone bookings can't.
Auto-suggest each table's course by how long they've been seated (a faint ≈ hint, until a staff member taps to confirm it). Turn off if you'd rather staff set every course by hand.
